We offer both team and individual sports at camp.  Fitness is important to staying healthy both physically and mentally, so we incorporate fitness routines into out daily schedules in hopes campers will continue with a routine that works for them when returning home.

We issue all campers a pedometer to help them track their level of physical activity.  We set goals for steps taken per day and week and help campers achieve their set goals.  Each morning starts with a morning walk.

At camp, we focus on fundamentals of sports.  Our goal is to have each camper develop an interest in at least one sport they can continue upon transition back home.
